My husband and I truly do not have the proper words to thank Kevin for being a part of our wedding as the DJ. Kevin was recommended to us by some friends. We had heard fantastic things about him, but he outdid himself! When you’re planning a wedding, it can easily become stressful, but with Kevin, we had such a peace and knew we were in good hands. He asked thorough questions to make sure he knew what type of wedding music vibe we were going for. He also did our uplighting which completely set the mood for our wedding. He also offers a photo booth package which was a huge hit! Sometimes photo booths can seem played out, but not with Kevin. Aesthetically, it was so clean and beautiful! Kevin cares about his clients and the details! He is also a complete blast as a DJ! Our wedding guests keep reaching out and letting us know it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they have ever been to. We know Kevin had a huge influence on that.

I cannot begin to explain how great Kevin with SL Entertainment, was for our California wedding. Having an awesome DJ to entertain our guests was very important to my husband and I. One concern we had in booking a DJ was that they would be able to play a wide range of music from Hispanic to main stream and cater to our families.

We first witnessed Kevin’s talent during my best friend’s wedding in Mexico. We enjoyed ourselves and saw how entertained all her guests were. So we decided to book him even with the distance. We knew it might be more work and extra planning, but our trust in him made it all worth it. Kevin was able to work directly with our wedding planner and the process was very stress-free. We were impressed with his attention detail, from the equipment to the state of the ballroom to the lighting. He has worked in the industry for a while in NJ and gave us suggestions to ensure we would get all we wanted out of our wedding day. For that we are very grateful. Our guests raved about the music selection, which Kevin had full control of. Thank you Kevin for helping make our day so fun and filled with lots of dancing. We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding.

We had the pleasure of having Kevin fly out to Colombia with us for our wedding and he absolutely exceeded our expectations. He told us what he had planned and delivered. We had our wedding back in June and people still bring it up till this day lol. It’s not easy to be a DJ on set for 8hrs. Yes…EIGHT HOURS and he killed it. One of the best receptions ever and not because it was my wedding lol. There aren’t enough stars to rate the experience he gave us. Loved it! One of the best to ever do it hands down!

Where do I begin?! We told Kevin to just keep the dance floor packed and wow did he deliver! Him and his whole team did beyond everything we had asked for! Kevin and his team are simply amazing. From the very beginning of the planning process they made it so easy and were professional. After our first discussion he knew exactly the vibe I wanted for my wedding and absolutely followed through. I received sooo many compliments from the guests at my wedding about how great the music was. We didn’t even want the party to end. Hiring SL entertainment for my wedding was honestly the best decision I could’ve made to make the day of our wedding everything we hoped for. As dramatic as that statement may sound, it is the absolute truth. After having to wait an extra year to celebrate our special day due to COVID, we knew that the most important thing for us was to have a great time with our guests (specially in the dance floor) and with SL entertainment and Kevin as the MC and DJ our expectations were not only met but EXCEEDED. As a business owner myself I can definitely appreciate great service, but I have to say this was beyond that, I’ll start off with the fact that they were punctual, professional, thorough, respectful, presentable all which can be overlooked but so important on a day so special like a wedding. Needless to say my favorite part was the music, I didn’t leave the dance floor for 1 second, and my guests are still talking about how much fun they had and how on point the DJ was. I had my wedding at the Black bear golf club. What a journey our wedding was canceled due to COVID and the third time was a charm. Kevin helped us with our journey . The music was a success. SL Entertainment hosted my Quinceañera back in August of the year 2015. Everyone absolutely loved everything they had done for my party. It was amazing and the best night due to Kevin & Lesley! This year I graduated from Montclair State and reached out to Lesley for a grad photoshoot. She absolutely did amazing with the pictures and made my vision come true ! SL Entertainment threw my cousin a wonderful and beautiful quinceañera back in November the year of 2018. SL Entertainment are the best to book your parties and photo shoots ! They do wonderful work and make your visions come true.

There aren’t enough words to describe how happy and grateful I am to have had Kevin, Lesley and the SL Entertainment staff for my daughter’s Sweet 16! No matter how many calls and texts I sent to Kevin for months, weeks and even day before her party, he was always quick to respond and always there to reassure me that the party was going to be amazing, and it absolutely was! Kevin and the SL Entertainment crew did a phenomenal job at my wedding. Far more than just playing music, they amped up the crowd, guided our reception the way we wanted it - really made it feel tailored to us. We would go with Kevin again, no doubt about it. We had multiple comments from our guests and other vendors on how great the atmosphere and music selection was. A particular highlight was being able to read the vastly different room - the team was able to cater to every group of guests, young to old, hip hop to bachata to rock n roll. I knew the team was good, but the night surpasses all my expectations!

The best day of my life couldn’t have been what it was without the help from my favorite people at SL Entertainment, Lesley and Kevin. They supported and followed me and my family through everything: planning, setting up, and most importantly, the day of. They set such an amazing setting for my family and friends, and I don’t believe a single person was sitting for more than 10 minutes (thanks to Kevin’s DJ skills).
